Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of downloadable resources (e.g., eBooks, PDFs, devotionals) are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or accessed.

If you encounter any issues with your download or receive a corrupted file, please contact us within 7 days at salesfrancisdemawkhlam@gmail.com, and we’ll assist you promptly.


2. Donations

All donations made in support of HRRC Mawkhlam are considered voluntary and non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 3 days of the transaction. Refunds may be granted at our discretion.


3. Subscriptions or Recurring Contributions (if applicable)

If you subscribe to a recurring contribution or membership:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us.

  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time.
